256kbps – not that exciting. I get close to 128kbps on my Airtel edge during downloads…

Did you try Video call with someone having 3g like you?

Rs5/MB is a big turn off!!!

Still no sign of 3G in Chennai. Let me wait

I am really happy to use E71. Using Google Maps for GPS services is a perfect experience. It shows your exact location anywhere in the world whereas Nokia Maps is limited to only major cities.

I am using Airtel Mobile Office Pack for GPRS browsing. But, I am unable to connect PC to internet by using E71. I know that some settings need to be done on Mobile handset to do so but I am unable to find the same.

Hi Gregoire, Sorry for not being able to respond earlier as I was on vacation.

Well, to answer your questions, I don’t run that much; just a few walks (about thrice in a week), and since they are pretty much along the same track, I don’t map them often.

Also, my E71 now seems to have a mind of its own – keeps getting hanged and restarting on its own. Tried a factory default reset but not with too much luck. I think a trip to the Nokia service center is now due!

Do you still use your e71 when you run ? Is it still ok ?

And do you have any problem with your e71 in general ? Any disappointment ?
